Hope this Path Intelligence box may be used in tracking the terroists as well.

Unfortunately the system does not identify the owner of the phone but rather the handset’s IMEI code - a unique number given to every device so that the network can recognise it. It will be hard to link this code to individuals. In particular to those who want to hide their identity.
